Robert J. Skinner, USAF (Ret.), Former Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency, Joins Pallas Advisors

Washington, DC — Pallas Advisors is pleased to announce that Bob Skinner will be joining the firm as a Principal, following his career in the United States Air Force. Skinner brings a wealth of experience in unified network operations, cyber security, and defensive operations on the DoD Information Network. He most recently served as the Director of Command, Control, Communications and Cyber at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command in Hawaii.
After retiring from the Air Force, he founded Skinner’s Strategic Solutions, LLC, where he leverages his expertise to help organizations enhance their cybersecurity and operational capabilities.
Skinner commanded at multiple levels, including leading at the squadron, group, wing and Numbered Air Force levels and served on the staffs at a NAF, major command headquarters, Headquarters Air Force and the Joint Staff.

Skinner holds degrees from Park College in Parkville, Missouri, and a master’s degree in computer science with honors from Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal with oak leaf cluster, Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters, Navy Commendation Medal and Air Force Achievement Medal with oak leaf cluster.
