BG (ret.) Rich Gross, the Pallas General Counsel and a Senior Advisor, recently completed his third of five sessions with the George W. Bush Institute Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program (VLP), meeting in Seattle with the other 42 scholars from the Class of 2019. The Stand-To VLP is a first-of-its-kind initiative aimed at individuals serving our nation's veterans who are motivated to broaden their skillsets, knowledge, and influence across the country to improve post-9/11 veteran outcomes. While in Seattle, the VLP scholars met with senior leaders from Starbucks, Amazon, and the Seattle Seahawks, discussing veteran employment, entrepreneurship, and education, as well as strategic partnerships. The next session, focusing on government, will be in Washington, DC, in September.
