Pallas Advisors Expands its Team, Adding Two Directors

Pallas Advisors is pleased to announce that it has recently expanded its team, adding two new Directors, Jamie L. De Coster and Duane Green. Both Directors bring a breadth of experience and knowledge to the firm, and deep expertise across strategic communications, emerging technology, and cyber security technology across the defense and intelligence communities.

Jamie L. De Coster


Jamie joined the Pallas team after a unique career working in the front offices and on the staffs of numerous 3- and 4-star general officers. Her most recent role was serving as the Director of the Commander’s Action Group at U.S. Army Special Operations Command. She previously worked in the intelligence community and as a Special Advisor both to the Commander of International Security Assistance Forces in Afghanistan and to the Commander of U.S. Central Command.


With a background as a Surface Warfare Officer, Jamie has over 17 years of active and reserve time in the U.S. Navy. She has a PhD and a Masters in International Relations from Tufts University’s The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.



Duane Green


Duane joined Pallas as a Director after completing over 30 years of military service culminating with a senior role in the Office of the Army Chief Information Officer and G6. He was previously the Chief of Staff to the Joint Staff's Director of Command, Control, Communications, & Computers/Cyber (J6). A career Army communications officer, Duane served in both conventional and Airborne Special Operations units specializing in cyber technology, data and network infrastructure, and the provision and delivery of enterprise IT services to the warfighting edge.


Duane has a B.S. in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Duane also holds a M.A. in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
