DIRECTOR OF SUPPORT OPERATIONS

Lowell has experience in finance and operations, having served as a Director of Finance and Operations for the past decade. He has held numerous directorial positions within the nonprofit sector, with experience in  office management, accounting, and operations. Lowell is a DC native and holds a BS in Computer Science from Howard University.
