Judd leads the firm’s business development efforts while also overseeing the firm’s operations in New York. In addition, he provides strategic counsel and organizational management expertise to a broad array of clientele ranging from emerging technology companies and nonprofits to banks and investment firms. Prior to joining Pallas, Judd served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces officer, including five years in the National Capital Region. Beyond his significant operational experience, he has also served as a policy advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict, as well as an operations officer on the Joint Staff. 

 

Judd holds a Master's in Policy Management from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy.
