Emma’s client portfolio at Pallas Advisors focuses on the intersection of emerging technology and national security strategy. She has experience as a fellow at the United States Indo-Pacific Command and as an intern at the Council on Foreign Relations. Emma also led a team of graduate students to produce a report on nuclear and radiological smuggling for the National Nuclear Security Administration. She is passionate about shaping innovative approaches to global security.

 

Emma holds an M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a B.A. in English and Art History from Boston College. In her free time, she follows the Yankees religiously and hunts for the best bagels in New York.
